The basic package is the right fit for small or growing companies who are either getting started with IT Service Management or have introduced aspects of IT Service Management and need further assistance with embedding capabilities across the organisation. The basic package is also a great option for organisations that have a specific area in which they need guidance on. The basic package includes all the foundational guidance and support you’ll need: Review of your current capabilities & help devising an appropriate set of solution options. Six One on One, or small group coaching session with your own dedicated ITIL® expert, An overview and walkthrough of our Implementation and Maturity Methodology, access to our world class templates and documentation as required, and dedicated online support via email and telephone throughout the engagement as required.

The professional package provides access to our world class Process templates and documentation as required and provides you with access to your dedicated online support via email and telephone throughout the engagement as you need it, you will also receive a follow on ‘Check In’ session, post engagement to ensure you remain on track.

The Enterprise package is Service Management Mentors premium offering, providing a full ITSM implementation support capability for organisations seeking guidance and support to undertake a full ITIL lifecycle implementation or undertake significant service improvements. The Enterprise package is a true partnership opportunity allowing for your dedicated ITIL expert to become embedded within your team to help define, map out, implement and embed specific IT Service Management capabilities within your organisation. The enterprise package comprises of eighteen individual One on One, or small group coaching sessions with your own dedicated ITIL® expert, it provides the opportunity to leverage our Implementation and Maturity Methodology to create a detailed and specific implementation plan. The Enterprise package provides access to our world class Process Templates and Documentation as required and provides you with access to your Dedicated Online Support via email and telephone throughout the engagement as you need it, the Enterprise package also includes two follow on ‘Check In’ sessions after the engagement to ensure you and your team remain on track. Onsite sessions can be arranged at an additional cost.
